Rohdiamant / Wells Agretta (Weltmeyer / Agronom)
Royal Dream was exceptionally fun to ride as a 3 yr old with three good gaits and a very comfortable trot to sit that she passes to her foals. A very modern type, she presents foals of great beauty and elastic movement as well as rideability that makes them ideal for both the professional as well as the adult amateur. Royal Dream was imported as a weanling after being Champion Filly in southern Germany in 2000. She has produced three Premium foals, and two Foals of Distinction, one of whom was named a stallion prospect by the Oldenburg GOV. Her foal RHR Smooth Jazz (Samarant), ridden by Jo Moran, is now competing at I-1. Royal Dream's daughter, Picoletta, produced the third generation from this line with Redhawk's Slipstream who completed her Oldenburg GOV mare test in late October 2013. Slipstream was named a Special Premium mare and swept her mare test, winning each division with ease, and is also competing at I-1.
In 2010, Rohdiamant stood on third place in the WBFSH Ranking of the best sires for rideability – even ahead of his sire, Rubinstein. Rohdiamant’s career was filled with highlights: Winner of his licensing, two-time Bundeschampion, main premium winner and Grand Prix winner under Lisa M. Wilcox/USA.
From his more than 50 licensed sons, the most prominent are the Champion Stallions Ron William, Rhodon, Rosenberg and Blue Hors Romanov. The latter, bred by Harli Seifert, received the 2008 VTV-Sport Stallion of the Year award and made a successful debut in World Cup free-styles in 2010. His full brother, Rubin-Royal, who received the 2007 VTV Dressage Stallion of the Year award, also won an Oldenburg main premium, racked up victories in Grand Prix dressage and is also stationed in Lodbergen. Almost 90 of his daughters were State Premium Mares.
More than 100 of his offspring are successful in advanced (S) level classes such as Responsible OLD with Helen Langehanenberg, Eremo del Castegno under Valentina Truppa/ITA and Revino, who placed second in the EC for young riders. Nearly 90 of Rohdiamant's daughters received a State Premium, including two Champion Mares, Reine Seide and Romanika.
